What you will receive after your recording
You will receive one long form video in 1080p resolution up to 1 hour long subject to your recording. You’ll also receive a separate audio recording and up to 6 AI-generated clips.

If you plan to record multiple episodes, such as three episodes each lasting 20 minutes, please be aware that additional charges may apply at the discretion of Pulse8.

Re-scheduling a Podcast Booking
You’re welcome to reschedule your booking up to 48 hours in advance using the Calendly link provided to you after your initial booking. If it’s within 48 hours, please don’t hesitate to give us a call.
Cancelling a Booking
You’re welcome to cancel your booking up to 48 hours before your scheduled session. Please note that refunds are only provided in exceptional circumstances.
Remote Recording via Zoom
Remote podcasting is not included in our standard pricing. If you’d like to have remote guests, please reach out to us for a customised quote.
How long do you get in the studio
We allocate up to one and a half hours in the studio for your podcast recording session. This ensures a relaxed environment with no rush, allowing you to settle in comfortably. Your recording will typically commence 15 to 20 minutes after your arrival.
How we match your business branding
To make your podcast truly distinctive, we tailor the lighting to reflect your brand identity, incorporate your unique intro and outro music, and feature your logos throughout.
Alterations to your final podcast

We offer limited post-production alterations for your podcast video/audio. This includes removing segments based on timestamps provided by you, with up to 6 social AI-generated media segments. For further details, please reach out to us.

Edit turnaround times
Our goal is to complete all edits within 10 working days, often delivering within 5 days, enabling you to distribute your content promptly. If you need faster turnaround times, feel free to contact us to discuss customised options.
More than two participants
We can host up to 4 participants on your podcast, although this may require a customised pricing plan. For further information, please reach out to us.
The Hesitations, Ums and Ahs
At our current pricing tier, we don’t provide ums and ahs removal due to the extensive labor involved. However, based on our experience, conversations between two participants typically have minimal occurrences of these. If we notice significant hesitations during editing, we’ll address them accordingly.
Bleeping swear words
Although we’re not offended by swear words and you can swear all you like on your Podcast, just be mindful that if you want to monetise your podcast, these might go against code of conducts. We do not bleep swear words at this price point, if you would like to know more, please contact us.
Refunds 100% Guaranteed
If you’re dissatisfied with your edited podcast despite our efforts to address any concerns, you’re entitled to a 100% refund. However, you forfeit the rights to use any files provided, as they remain the property of Pulse8 Media Ltd.
